Who We Are
Our Story
Kingdom Administrative Ambassadors (KAA) Support was founded by a husband-and-wife team with a shared commitment to serving individuals and families within their community. Through years of leadership as small group leaders in their local church and professional experience working directly with children, families, and service providers, the founders developed a deep understanding of the challenges families face when navigating complex systems of care.
KAA was founded to bridge the gap between available resources and families who need guidance navigating complex systems of care.
While working closely with families through community-based services and the Coordinated System of Care (CSOC), it became increasingly clear that many individuals struggle not because resources do not exist, but because those resources are difficult to understand, access, and coordinate. Families often feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or unsupported when attempting to navigate multiple agencies, programs, and requirements on their own.
KAA was created to walk alongside families during these moments—offering guidance, clarity, and support without judgment. Our approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and respect, recognizing that every family’s situation is unique and deserves individualized attention.
Today, KAA Support remains committed to helping individuals and families understand their options, access essential services, and move forward with confidence, dignity, and coordinated support.
